Ashley enjoys pulling strength and resiliency out of her clients,believing that counseling is a collaborative venture, walking alongside, embracing, encouraging, and inspiring all to become the best version of themselves, and when appropriate, to dig into life’s complexities. Ashley’s specializations extend to helping women, teens, the LGBTQ+ community, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss.
As your therapist, Ashley’s commitment is to offer unique experience in a judgment-free and compassionate space. Embracing a holistic counseling approach, blending therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Theory, and Motivational Interviewing while viewing each client and their story through a multicultural and spiritual sense.
